There can be several reasons behind it. I am going to put each in pointers for all of you to make it easy.
- Lashes you’ve applied don’t last.
- Lashes are not comfortable to wear (stickies!)
- Treatment is too expensive for the quality provided you are talking too much about yourself and your problems you don’t have any interest in your clients and can’t even remember their names.
- You are chatting to your colleagues or continually checking your phone during the treatment. Your beauty room/trolley is messy.
- You don’t wash/sanitize your hands before the treatment. You don’t sanitize your hands after you touched your phone or dropped something on the floor. Your breath is not fresh, and you ignore wearing a mask. Your hands are smelly from cigarettes or food.
